By using the Services, users are deemed to have agreed to these Terms.
RISK DISCLOSURE & SCOPE OF THE SOFTWARE
Q-EDGE is a set of desktop tools and MT4/MT5 add-ons for self-directed traders of FX and CFDs.
1. Nature of the Service and Disclaimers
This service consists of desktop software tools and MT4/MT5 add-ons for self-directed traders of FX and CFDs. As stated in the “Risk Disclosure & Scope of the Software” above, this service does not constitute investment advice, a recommendation of financial products, or a guarantee of profits. Users shall use this service at their own discretion and responsibility. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, we are not liable for losses (including loss of funds) arising from your trading decisions or from the use of this service, but nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be excluded under mandatory law.
2. License and Usage Restrictions
We grant users a non-exclusive and non-transferable right to use this Service. Users are strictly prohibited from engaging in the following acts.
- Any attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or extract the source code of this software.
- Transferring, lending, or sharing a license key with a third party (freeloading).
- Any act that constitutes an attack on or places an excessive load on our servers or network infrastructure.
In the event of a violation of the above, we reserve the right to immediately revoke the license (remote kill) without prior notice and to take legal action.
3. Changes to and Discontinuation of Services
We may temporarily suspend all or part of this Service without prior notice due to system maintenance, updates, or unexpected outages. We shall not be liable for any damages resulting therefrom.
4. Browser Demonstrations (Interactive Simulators)
The interactive simulators on this website (DOOM, Market Radar, PROXCEL, FLASH, MELT, MATRIX, and the HUD control panel demo) are browser-based demonstrations designed to illustrate our UI architecture and tool concepts. Displayed prices, profit/loss figures, pips, and alerts are illustrative simulation models using fictional sample data; they are not connected to live trading accounts or broker APIs and do not guarantee any trading performance or financial results.
REFUND POLICY
The following refund policy applies to our digital software and SaaS subscriptions.
1. 30-day refund guarantee
Purchases of our software and subscriptions are covered by a 30-day refund guarantee. If you are not satisfied for any reason, you may request a refund within 30 days of the purchase date. Refund requests are processed through the payment partner that handled your purchase and are subject to that partner's refund terms. When a refund is granted, the associated license is deactivated. Subscriptions can be cancelled at any time, and cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. Nothing in this policy limits any rights you may have under mandatory consumer-protection law in your country.
2. How to request a refund
To request a refund, email [email protected] or use the refund request process of the payment partner that handled your purchase. If you are having a technical problem, please contact support first and we will try to resolve it; you remain entitled to a refund within the 30-day period.
- Include your order ID and the email address used for the purchase.
- Requests made within 30 days of the purchase date are eligible.
- After a refund, the license key is deactivated and the software may no longer be used.
3. Chargebacks
If you have a problem with a purchase, please contact [email protected] or use the refund process above before filing a chargeback, so that we can resolve it promptly. When a refund or chargeback is completed, the associated license is deactivated.
