2. Information Handled in Browser Demonstrations (Simulators)

All interactions, parameter adjustments, and inputs made within the interactive simulators and demo screens on this website are processed temporarily within your browser's local memory. Our browser demonstrations do not transmit or save these demo interactions to our databases or external servers. Reloading the page resets the demo to its initial state.

• DOOM / FLASH / MELT / MATRIX / MR (Market Radar) Simulators: Chart rendering, line adjustments, pips calculations, meter fluctuations, and sound effects on this page are browser-based visual simulations using fictional sample data. They are not connected to any live trading account or broker server.
• PROXCEL & AETERNA Demo Screens: The dashboard, calendar, profit details, and analytics text displays are pre-scripted demonstration scenarios. They do not transmit data to external AI APIs or modify files on your device.
• HUD Control Panel Demo: Dial adjustments and the EXIT demo button are UI demonstrations running locally in the browser and do not place or close any real market orders.
• Copying the Email Address: When you click the copy button, our contact email address may be written to your device's clipboard.

Any local retention or processing by your browser, device, extensions, or operating system is governed by their respective settings and policies.

3. Distinction Between Browser Demos, Desktop Products, and External AI (AETERNA)

The browser demonstrations on this website do not send visitor inputs to any external AI service.

In the actual desktop software product “ProXcel”, the optional “AETERNA” AI assistant feature transmits text that you choose to submit directly from your PC to the third-party AI provider whose API key you have configured yourself, and such data is processed under that provider's terms and privacy policy. We do not route, collect, or store your AI prompts on our servers, and any API usage fees billed by that third-party AI provider are your own responsibility.

4. Information We Collect for Products, Enquiries & Reviews and Purpose of Use

We collect the following minimum necessary information for the purpose of providing our software, managing licenses, and handling customer support:

• Contact & Enquiry Information: Email address, name (optional), enquiry message, and order ID provided when you contact us via email or the on-site inquiry console.
• License Authentication & Device Information: Hardware ID (HWID), IP address, and OS information required for desktop software license verification and prevention of unauthorized sharing.
• Payment Information: Actual credit card numbers and payment credentials are securely processed by our third-party payment provider, and we do not store them (we only receive transaction records such as order status, order ID, and buyer email address from the payment partner).
• User Review Submissions: Display name (nickname), rating score, and review comment submitted via the on-site review form. Submitted reviews may be published on the website after moderation; please do not include personal or confidential information in reviews.

Collected information is used solely for the following purposes:

• License authentication and prevention of unauthorized use (such as sharing a single license across multiple computers).

Because Cloudflare operates a global network, such technical data may be processed outside Japan.
